Master programme - Pioneering Ministry and Fresh Expressions

The programme will provide an opportunity to explore in more depth the areas of ministry leadership, evangelism, pioneer ministries and fresh expressions. The goal is to develop a critical and advanced look at a variety of theological schools and practices, bringing their implications into the reality of a post-Christian world, keeping in mind the mission field that each student is involved.

In the European reality, the traditional concept of a church needs to be redefined. How should we do church in a post-Christian society?

With this Master, Junior will be able to look more closely at this question and seek for Biblical models to apply in the Irish context, aiming to develop a new concept, but with the same essence. The intention is to develop a pioneering ministry project to be applied in the mission field, taking into account the new mission statement of OM International - "We want to see vibrant communities of followers of Jesus, especially among the least reached."

This academic training will also contribute to the preparation for pastoral ministry, whether in Ireland or back in Brazil.
