CALLING AND MINISTRY
Called to full time ministry since his conversion in 1996, Junior got a great confirmation in regards a specific mission need, while he was on a mission trip in Europe in 2000. Soon after the trip, at a leadership meeting he concluded:

"The Lord is doing a wonderful work in Brazil. We can see churches growing and the Gospel being preached through the radio, television and magazines. In Europe the secularism is taking over the society. Today everything should be accepted and allowed, but not the mention of Jesus' name. Increasingly, the young generation think that God is only a religion, something outdated that they do not need and do not want."

It was then in July of 2002 that the couple had the opportunity to attend a mission conference, organized by OM (Operation Mobilisation). For a week, they shared life with several people who had accepted the challenge of serving the Lord full time and also who serve Him in a Mission Field.
It was a period of much prayer and decisions, where we were privileged to feel the hand of our Lord on every step we took. After this conference, we got involved with OM, primarily through the theoretical and practical training in Brazil, then working on one of it missionary fronts in Europe. We are in Ireland since September of 2003.
